Mintech Analytics Suite

The Mintech Analytics Suite provides tailored analytics and management environments for the core participants in the Minutes Network ecosystem. Rather than offering a single dashboard for all users, the suite is built around role-specific portals that surface the data and controls most relevant to each participant type.

Nodes Analytics Portal (NAP)

The Nodes Analytics Portal is the operator-facing environment designed for infrastructure participants who run or stake into Switch Nodes and Validation Nodes. It provides real-time visibility into node performance, staking positions, reward tracking, and network health metrics.

Through the NAP, node operators can monitor their node's uptime, processing volume, and contribution to the network's call routing and validation activity. Stakers can track their staking positions across nodes, view epoch reward calculations, and manage their delegation preferences. The portal is intended to give infrastructure participants full transparency over how their nodes are performing and how rewards are being generated and distributed each epoch cycle.

Originating Carrier Portal (OCP)

The Originating Carrier Portal is the carrier-facing environment designed for the wholesale voice carriers who send traffic through the network. It provides operational insight into traffic volumes, route performance, call quality metrics, and account settlement.

Through the OCP, carriers can monitor ASR (Answer Seizure Ratio), ACD (Average Call Duration), PDD (Post Dial Delay), and CLI delivery rates across every route they send traffic on. The portal also handles account settlement functionality, giving carriers real-time visibility into billing, CDR processing, and payment cycles. This eliminates the opacity that is common in traditional wholesale relationships, where carriers often wait weeks for reconciliation reports.

MinTest Integration

The Analytics Suite works alongside MinTest, the CLI testing platform that provides real-time route quality assurance through automated test calls across every destination. MinTest data feeds directly into both the NAP and OCP, ensuring that operators and carriers alike have access to comprehensive quality analytics covering ASR, ACD, PDD, and CLI delivery. Every route is verified before traffic flows.

Why It Matters

Transparency is a core principle of the Minutes Network model. The Analytics Suite ensures that every participant, whether an infrastructure operator staking MNTx into nodes or a Tier 1 carrier routing millions of minutes through the network, has access to the data they need to verify performance, track value, and make informed decisions. As the network scales and new participants onboard, the Analytics Suite will expand to cover additional data layers and participant types.
