Token Classification

MNTx is classified as a utility token. It provides functional access to the Minutes Network ecosystem, including node staking, reward participation, and use within the MNTx Portal environment.

This distinction is important. Holding MNTx does not confer equity, ownership, corporate control, or decision-making rights in Minutes Network Token X Ltd, Minutes Network Limited, or any associated entity. It is not a security, a share, or an investment contract. The token's function is operational: it is the medium through which participants stake into infrastructure, receive rewards from network activity, and interact with ecosystem services.

The utility of MNTx is tied to real telecom operations. Rewards are generated from fiat revenue produced by live voice traffic paid as DePIN service fees towards MNTx, not from token emissions, inflation schedules, or speculative mechanisms. The token's role within the ecosystem is to facilitate the flow of value between the commercial telecom layer and the decentralised infrastructure layer, connecting the participants who power the network with the revenue that network generates.
